IS TESTED AND IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER BOTH WITH THE KEY(1 KEY INCLUDED) AND THE 12V BATTERY POWER.
AS USED ITEM IT MIGHT SHOWS SOME  WEAR, SCUFFS/MARKS SPECIALLY IN THE RUBBER.
the wire tail attached can be longer than the one show in the picture(
they are different sizes and also the bolts some are hex socket and some are  allen  wrench
